Proposed — subject to approvalH R Foundation is designing a membership scheme through which members may be considered for a death-benefit support payment to their nominee.
This scheme is proposed. It is not insurance, and it does not create a guaranteed payment or an automatic entitlement. Its final rules, funding arrangements and legal status must be approved by the foundation before it becomes operational.
The foundation has proposed the following conditions. They will apply only once the scheme's terms and legal status are formally approved.
The maximum stated support. The actual amount, if any, depends on the foundation's approved terms.
Counted from the effective membership date. The full waiting period must be completed.
The member must be under this age, subject to the approved rules.
Membership must be active, with all required payments and approvals in place.
A claim must be submitted by the nominee and verified by the foundation.
Any support is subject to approved terms and verification. Completing the waiting period does not by itself entitle anyone to a payment.
Offer families a measure of support at a very difficult time.
Run the scheme with clear rules, careful verification and full records.
Protect the privacy of members and nominees.
Read the membership page and the proposed terms before applying, and contact the foundation if anything is unclear.
